ANSWER:

​No problem if you wear at home.​ what counts is the intention if Ihram and not wearing the clothes as this can be done anywhere and you can also change your mind after wearing it without a problem.  

Sheikh, I know that Anyone in Makkah, when wanting to make Umrah, they must go out of the borders of Al Haram area and Attan’eem is the closest to Al Haram. But my question is, should I wear my ihram clothes in my home while still being inside the boundaries or should I wear Ihram clothes after going outside the borders?
