ANSWER:

There’s no significance of green color in Islam. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam did wear it among colors. 

Sheikh, Does the colour’green’ has any significance in Islam?? Did prophet Muhammad wear a green turban. As far as I know white was his favorite colour,but some people say white and green were his favorite colours.
