If this is a deformity or an abnormality, it is permissible to treat it as long as this is a medical procedure and not something for fun and enjoyment.

You should also be careful not to expose what doesn’t need exposing.

It is permissible to treat my Cellulite by going to Massage Therapy, because my husband doesn’t like ,and the only way i can get rid of it is a massage therapy.
