If you know that these events have haram activities it is not permissible to organize these events. As for birthdays, it is haram as birthdays are not allowed in islam.

Is event management permissible? What if we only provide the furniture, food or land for a wedding or birthday which involves haraam activities example music, or dance etc? Is our earnings haraam if our intentions are pure and we only want to do business? We cannot stop the customers from doing such things or our business will close.My father has this business and this is our only source of income
