ANSWER:

You must not rent the hall to the non muslims to use it for their religious marriages. You also must not rent it to Muslims who would use it for sinful gatherings. 

I’m planning to build a marriage auditorium (Hall) in my home country India. Where I intend to build for seperate for women & men. but sometimes there will be kafirs or even non practicing muslims will book hall and does haram things like music & mixing will there be any sin on me. what is the ruling?

May I know if it is ok if my eyes are focus on a male Islamic teacher’s beard or neck or any area below that when I listen to his lecture on YouTube so that I could see his movements so that I could feel more engaging in a lecture rather than just listening by my ears? Sheikh, here in my community people used to have many feast festivals during maraige and after marraige like feast functions on 2 day of wedding similarly on 7th, 10th etc where(israf) lot n lot of food is served and most(tons) of the food goes waste. Is it permissible to attend these functions.
