ANSWER:

Her father must be her Wali and she can’t choose another Wali other than him. It is the father’s right to refuse whoever he believes is not suitable for his daughter. 

If your father is against you marrying anyone permanently, in this case, you can go to the Muslim court or the authorized Islamic center and they will appoint another guardian for you. 

If a girl’s father completely refuses a man for his daughter because he is not of the same “financial status”, can the girl’s brother or uncle automatically become her wali? or what is the procedure
