This is not permissible for a number of reasons. You can’t marry her
without the consent of the Muslim judge in Dubai. You can’t be alone
with her as she is non mahram to you. The witnesses must be present and
Muslim.

i will meet a US american girl on skype she accept Islam now she wants to marry me we meet 1 time in dubai now she wants again to meet me she want nikkah with me . Its possible that we both are in one room and our molvi and witness in pakistan through skype so this nokkah is possible please answer my question.
