ANSWER:

If you are not able to sleep, this is regular night prayer and you are rewarded for that in Sha Allah. You can hold the Quran and read from it. You must not offer the sunnah of Fajr until the time of fajr enters. 

I watched your video where you clearly stated that, preceding tahajjud with a sleep is more rewarding than staying the night before it. I’m a night worker and I always do my tahajjud at break time. 1.Is it same ? 2.I don’t know much of the Quran so can I hold it read from it while standing 3.My break time ends about 10min to the adhzan of fajr can I pray the two sunnah and fajr and leave ?
