Reciting and reading the Quran is a form of worship. When one puts a
format and asks others to send it to seven people per day, this
limiting of the number of ayah and the recipients makes it an
innovation related to a form of worship.

I saw a fb post where a sister questioned u whether giving challenge to post verses of quran for 7days on fb is bid’ah or not. u answered that it’s bid’ah. seeing this Q/A I got confused. if I don’t take this challenge as a form of Ibadah, just consider it as a way of spreading verses of Quran, would it be bid’ah?
