There is no need of wudhu neither you have to cover your head before reading tasbeeh. While doing tasbeeh you need to understand the meaning of it and the purpose of it. So it will be better if you totally concentrate on it rather than watching TV along with it. There is no specific duaa for your problem. Make general duaa in your salah.

I really need to know what to do before reading tasbeeh?do I need to do wadhu before I read tasbeeh and while reading a tasbeeh do I have to cover my head? And can I watch TV while reading tasbeeh, I mean good program? Is it allowed? And during my period time I sometimes blabber bad things so which duah or surah can I read for this problem?
