1. Yes, zakat must be given every year if it stays with you. 

2. No, her zakat should be calculated separately if it reaches nisab, which is 85 grams.

I have appx 150g of Gold. My husband is giving zakah on it on my behalf from past few years as we don’t want to sell gold. My question is that we have to continuously give zakah every year like this if we don’t want to sell gold? Also my daughter is three year old and she received gold gifts, do I need to include her gold in mine to calculate my zakah?
