You are allowed to stand and to sit upright.
You must stand and pray but don’t bow down below the level you are not allowed to.

I am having hairtransplant and it is advisable to move ur head down below ur cheast for the first 3 days, because u will have a swelling around u r head and face and that looks terrible. Can i perform my prayer lying on bed? Because the first 3 days it is advisable to not do much to prevent swelling?
