ANSWER: If this came to you after the wudhu was over, ignore the doubt as it has no significance. But if you were doubtful while still doing wudhu, this is an issue of dispute whether not washing the ears would nullify wudhu or not! I personally follow the opinion that says that wudhu is invalid.
