This is not a hadeeth and it can’t be counted on!

Can you help enlightening me about the saying “seventy sins are forgiven for an ignorant man, before one sin is forgiven for a scholar”. The quote is from Al Fudayl Ibn Iyad Hilyatul Auliyaa by Abu Nu’Aym 8/110
