ANSWER:

Yes, you can apply it after wudu and you can pray with this on as long as the wudu is not broken. 

The nails must be covered when in front of non mahrams and while going out as this is part of beautification. 

 

Can we apply nail polish after performing wudu? And also are we allowed to pray namaz with it?
