ANSWER:

She can take off her scarf in ihram, no problem in that and it doesn’t have any effect on her ihram. 

Can a woman,who is in ihram, remove or loosen her headcover for wudu (masaa’) or is it prohibited ? Is she required to have her headcover tightly wound around her head all thw time during ihram and not to remove or lower it for any reason, until the Umrah is complete? And if she did it, what will be the expiation due on her?
