The marriage must be consummated and the marriage and divorce have to be genuine. This is the case for a women that has been divorced by her husband 3 times. She can’t go to the first husband until she has intercourse with another husband whether B or C in a real marriage! getting a divorce from B doesn’t require sexual intercourse.

A women divorced with her husband (A) & she married another man (B). I know that if she want go back to her first husband she should make intercourse with her second husband. But my doubt is if she want to go to another man (C) Is there need this sexual intercourse? Or divorce only?
