ANSWER:

She should wear niqaab in front of non mahram. No problem in using concealer over acne but non mahram must not see it as it beautifies her. 

A sister asks: Is it allowed for a person who has acne and feels uncomfortable with it to cover it with concealer infront of non mahrams? The question is just for concealer and not for other make up product as it is known as forbidden.
