ANSWER:

Nothing, until he is cured or gets money to feed poor people after consulting the doctors to know whether this is chronic or temporary. 

A man is very sick (maybe ulcer) without a specific recovery period and can’t fast Ramadan. He’s also too poor to feed himself, let alone others. This has been his situation since last Ramadan. He has tried to make up missed fasts but found it difficult. What should he do?
