ANSWER: It’s not permissible for your maternal uncle to be the wali! Your father is her wali and its mandatory for him to give his consent to the marriage otherwise the marriage would be invalid.

ANSWER: Of course not! Marriage in Islam has conditions and pillars such as the proposal and acceptance and the presence of the guardian of the woman and his approval.

QUESTION: My husband said me during an argument ” dump all your prayers including tahajjud and all azkars in the trash. If you don’t hear me then you won’t enter Jannah”. ANSWER: She doesn’t have to present as long as she has given her consent and her guardian approves of it and gives the proposal to the boy in the presence of two male witnesses.
