ANSWER: There is no sin in telling the truth and you should be man enough to accept this and not be ashamed of it! If you are not man enough and you are ashamed of it, don’t marry her!!

QUESTION: If two gets married and suddenly one day the husband leaves the house and his wife without any explanation. For many years No one knows where he is, he’s missing. Can the woman (wife) get married again to someone else while the husband is gone? Not sure if he is dead or not.

QUESTION: Can a woman go out eat with her friends or something during the day or the night if her husband lets her ? And if not, is he considered a dayouth because he did not prohibited it to her ?

ANSWER: No problem in this if she is going out with her female friends only & its a safe place, they dress up according to Islam and nothing haram is being done.

QUESTION: I’m in my 40s and have sincerely tried to marry, choosing religious and stable suitors. My only wali, my father, rejects them because he discourages my sunnah lifestyle. He’s not fully practicing, and I fear falling into sin. If he continues to block me unjustly, is it permissible to marry via wali hakim with proper witnesses, possibly overseas to maintain family ties?

ANSWER: If he has blocked many good suitors, you can bypass him and your wali would be your paternal grandfather or your brother or your paternal uncle in this very order.

ANSWER: No, you did not sin & what he was asking for was sinful! You did the right thing! He was not a good person to marry and his intentions were not pure. May Allah grant you a practicing husband who follows the correct aqeedah and would cherish you.

QUESTION: Does the husband need his parents permission or can his parents order him what to do on being back together with his wife after about one and half year of separation with his wife?

ANSWER: Of course not. The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam had told us that the dayyouth won’t be admitted to paradise and he defined him as a man who allows his women to do immodest acts! Such a woman would negatively impact any future children you may have. Marry a righteous practicing woman
