I have read it is makrooh to marry an infertile woman. Is it okay for a guy to marry an infertile girl knowing she is infertile or is it better to marry a fertile girl? Is there any consequences for doing this if it is makrooh

ANSWER: Your father should be able to hear the conversation as such seclusion is prohibited as he is a non mahram.

Is it permissible to ask the girl you want to meet before proposal to dress in tight clothes (jeans etc) so you can get a picture of what kind of woman you’re marrying since due to fitna alot of men have desires for a particular body shape?

ANSWER: They can’t sit with the potential suitor as he is non mahram to them. The father must authorized his brother to be her guardian and sit with the suitor.

My mother hates my husband for no reason and wants me to get a divorce cause we only have one child! ANSWER: No problem in not inviting the poor if this is not done out of arrogance. However, he should focus on inviting righteous people, regardless of their financial status.

Sheikh, My family friends asked for my hand and promised to come to Pakistan from USA. In Asian families word means a lot. Everything was decided and we were preparing for shadi. They bought the tickets and confirmed us. We even announced everything in our family. But they said no at the last moment. And said we are not liable for anything. ANSWER: There is no obligation to continue in such an engagement as it is not binding. Be grateful that Allah took it away from you and your family. Imagine how it would have been, had he walked out on you after marriage and two or three children!

ANSWER: Of course you should cancel the wedding as you would want a practicing wife with correct aqeedah and a mother who would be a role model for your children who would instill Islamic values in them.
