ANSWER: He should make dua for his cure and perform Ruqyah for his illness along with fasting to curb his desire so that he does not fall into sin until Allah makes a way out for him

QUESTION: I have seen your video on proper way of marriage. Is the nikah valid if ijab is given by groom and qubool is done by wali. And also is this order(from video) mandatory. I have seen a marriage where the imam asked all the parents and then groom and bride if they accept this marriage. Is there marriage valid?

ANSWER: If the groom gave the proposal, this is not permissible and the marriage is not valid.

QUESTION: I need a sincere advice please There is a good man who’s interested in marriage and he studies Islam in Mauritania. ANSWER: This is imitating the disbelievers and prohibited in Islam. Kneeling is a form of shirk whether major or minor depending on the intention.

QUESTION: I have no male wali. My mother handles proposals for me. Sometimes a Abroad proposal man asks to speak with me briefly on a call through my mother’s number before visiting, since we can’t invite every proposal home. Is it permissible to talk once, in my mother’s presence, just for basic discussion?

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible. There must be one of your male mahrams present in the meeting, if this is not possible then the imam of your local Islamic center should act as your wali & your mother must not sit in the meeting.
