I live with my in laws and they want me to spend much of my time with them even when i don’t want to or i want to do something else also my husband want me to ask permission from my mother in law that whether i go to my parents home and other matters etc and my husband also don’t give me a separate kitchen even i want it i wanna know are they sinful to do such things and interfere in my life

ANSWER: This is not a hadith. There is no specific time mentioned in the Quran or the sunnah for intimacy between husband and wife.

My husband who is naturally short tempered blackmails me on going for a second marriage every time I do some mistake (even very little ones) . It really hurts me and I can’t show same love to him. I pray Allah for patience and continue to love him for sake of Allah. Is this type of behavior permissible for men just because Allah had made it halal to have 4 wives?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited as this is the responsibility of the child’s father. Her parents shouldn’t pay anything. However, it is unfortunate that many husbands in India are not real men!

The husband has duty from morning think 5am to 5pm. And then he goes around with his friends or does something which doesn’t allow him to spend time in house with his wife. How much can he spend his time with his friends? And hour or 3 hours or etc? Even if the case was that he is giving dawah but also neglecting wife. How much can he stay away from her?
