ANSWER: No, such a marriage is void as the father can’t be bypassed like this without a legitimate reason.

If a person committed zina, should he/she marry that person itself after repenting it and completely stoping the haram relationship? . Bcos both person can marry if they wish for, both are young and unmarried.

ANSWER: One must marry a person who fears Allah and is practicing. Such a person who had the tendency to fornicate can do it again unless he/she repented for real and became a true practicing Muslim.

ANSWER: No! You don’t have to obey him and if he doesn’t pray at all, it is not permissible for you to stay married to him!

If i know a sister/brother who involved zina in the past, i don’t knw weather they are repented or not. if someone in my relations or friends proposing them to them, is it permissible to speak about their past sins ?

ANSWER: You do not know if they repented from it or not. It is not permissible to disclose the past Sins of others. If you know that they are not fit for marriage, just say that you believe that they are not suitable for marriage without mentioning the reason.

ANSWER: If your father rejects MANY good proposals without any justifiable reason, you can approach the muslim Qadi and he will look into your case and decide. But if he only rejected this particular suitor, you can’t marry him without his consent as this is his right in Islam and you must obey him.

ANSWER: If she is delaying in getting you married, speak to a sibling or an aunt to help persuade your father to do so.

if someone committed zina and she repented to Allah and after that she got married now if her husband ask about it and bring Quran between them and ask that swear on Quran that you have never done any zina or if he says to swear on Allah r her parents then should she commit her sin that may break her marriage.?
