If a girl is not able to grow affection for her husband even after marriage and only for the sake of her deen she’s forcing herself to like him. Will she be sinful to ask khula from her husband merely on the basis of not being able to like him?

ANSWER: If she is unable to give him his rights and has great resentment for him, she is not sinful for getting a khulu.

ANSWER: You only get to meet once with the potential spouse in the presence of your mahram and there should be no further meetings physically or virtually or through texting.

ANSWER: Of course not! You are a liar but there’s no divorce here.

From the previous ques it’s clear that men shouldn’t marry a woman who goes on dargah or do biddah. My mom and cousins often force me to say yes for a man of the same category, when i refuse (as his family engage in the above mentioned deeds) they say that I’ll be responsible for my kids as a women raise kids not men. ANSWER: No. They are still married even if they live separately for 100 years. The Marriage is only dissolved with divorce or khula.

Sheikh if a woman isnt married and she makes dua to allah that when ever she gets married she should be his only wife until the day she dies, she also has an intention of puting this as a condition in the contract. Is it haram?
