Sheikh,If A Girl Who Converted To Islam Doesnt Have Anyone In Her Family Who Is A Muslim,Can An Imam From The Country Of The Groom Be Her Wali? So My Question Is: Can An Imam That Doesn’t Live In Her Country Be Her Wali? Or He Must Be From The Country That She Lives In? May Allah Reward You.

ANSWER: Basically, he should be from her own country and city so that he can relate to her and know where she is from.

What to do if a man marries a second wife and the first wife does not allow to visit wife equaly. So the second wife is always alone, because the man says he has to do what the first wife says becaus of his children and he thinks this is equaly and right for him. Amd he says this is also islamic right und equal because of the children.

ANSWER: This is not kufr! However, this is wrong. The father must either propose to the groom or authorize the judge to do the proposing on his behalf.

Sheikh, my uncle told my parents about a man. He showed a pic. My parents and i liked that man’s pic. They asked me i said “ok”. ANSWER: A man does not need anyone’s permission to get married except the consent of the bride’s father (wali). If she is a righteous woman and you are financially independent and you are a real man who would protect her and honor her, you can go ahead and marry her.

ANSWER: As soon as she comes to know about the ruling, if she immediately separates from him, she is still Muslim and not an adulteress as she didn’t know the ruling, though it is difficult to believe that there are Muslims who do not know such a ruling mentioned in the Quran.

ANSWER: This is your husband’s money and it’s not permissible for you to give it to anyone without his permission. If he permits you to give it to the poor and your brother falls under this category, you may do so.

ANSWER: What your mom has said is baseless.

If a couple get a fake divorce letter from shariah court to prove to an international govt that they are not married then go ahead and marry different spouses to gain benefit of residency using that fake divorce letter. What is the status of their real marriage. The fake spouses are both non Muslims but the couple in question are Muslims.

ANSWER: If a man divorces his wife in a sharia court, they are divorced. He can marry a Christian or a Jew only. She can’t marry a non Muslim as this is blasphemous and invalid if she believes it to be permissible.
