ANSWER: If she did not move with you yet and you are not providing for her financially, she is not obliged to obey you as she is in her father’s house and her responsibility lies with him.

ANSWER: Her duty is to look after her house, husband and kids. It’s not her responsibility to chip in in the expenses so she can quit the job and be home and let her husband take care of the finances.
