QUESTION: My sister said she wanted to marry her male friend in a halal way, they text each other a lot, the guy has already seen her hair and he goes to the school as me and my sister, I told her many times to stop, she says she blocked him, but I see him on her phone, they sleep on call. my parents don’t know, if I tell them, it’ll break my family apart, I’m confused on how to handle this, what do I do?

ANSWER: Warn her that you would tell your parents about it and if she doesn’t mend her ways then tell your father so that he takes appropriate action

ANSWER: They were in the same boat as you and this is what happens when you transgress against Allah! You must repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and sincerity and break off all communication with them as pre-marital relationships are totally prohibited in Islam.

QUESTION: A boy used to study with me, and we liked each other. Then we got closer to each other and eventually started having a physical relationship. We knew that this was forbidden, so we thought of doing a verbal Nikah (marriage contract). We had only one of his friends as a witness, and we verbally accepted each other in Nikah. So, is our Nikah valid according to Shariah or not?

ANSWER: There is no nikah here as it is invalid and you are both fornicators and committing a major sin and cursed by Allah.

ANSWER: Having such a relationship with him is haram to begin with and any type of communication with him is prohibited. Most likely he is playing you. Fear Allah and cut all communications with him while repenting to Allah and asking Him for forgiveness and showing sincere remorse.

ANSWER: This is absolutely prohibited as you both are still non mahram to each other until you sign the marriage contract and you must immediately cut all kinds of communications and contact with her and block her contact from everywhere

QUESTION: Seikh I love someone so much.But he is in haram relationship with someone else.He is not married.Can i ask allah make her my huband and he fall in love with me.Does it is permissible. Or its not because he is in love with someone else.

ANSWER: Are you a doormat? How can you love someone who doesn’t love you and who is in a haram relationship with someone else? Don’t you have any dignity or self respect? How can you love someone who is openly sinning and doesn’t care whether Allah is angry with him or not?

QUESTION: Does Allah take away the barakah in a marriage that started with Haram? Like pre-marital relationship? What if they repent before getting married?

ANSWER: The issue of Barakah is in the hands of Allah. If they repented, felt remorse and asked Allah for forgiveness, the possibility of Allah putting barakah in their marriage is very high

QUESTION: I ended a haram relationship with the intention of halal. I promised to marry her if Allah wills, but I found she’s still connected to non-mahrams in social media she claimed to cut ties with. I did istikhara but feel confused. QUESTION: I was in a relationship with someone, but now I want to end it. However, the person is very sensitive and says they will commit sucde if I leave. To avoid a direct confrontation, I have gradually distanced myself, and now we have no real connection. However, they still believe we are in a relationship. From an Islamic perspective, will I be sinful in this situation?
