QUESTION: Is it allowed to send marriage purposal for a women before her divorce is pronounced?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible at all to send a proposal or even hint it until her divorce is finalised and iddah completed.

QUESTION: Sheikh, iddah is performed to make sure if the woman is pregnant or not. Will it be valid if she does ultrasonography and blood test to accurately make her pregnancy sure and marry before 3 periods if she’s not pregnant?

ANSWER: The iddah is from Allah and not necessary only to make sure there is no pregnancy. Otherwise it won’t vary from one cycle to 3 cycles to 3 months and finally to 4 months and 10 days

If a couple get a fake divorce letter from shariah court to prove to an international govt that they are not married then go ahead and marry different spouses to gain benefit of residency using that fake divorce letter. What is the status of their real marriage. The fake spouses are both non Muslims but the couple in question are Muslims.

ANSWER: If a man divorces his wife in a sharia court, they are divorced. He can marry a Christian or a Jew only. She can’t marry a non Muslim as this is blasphemous and invalid if she believes it to be permissible.

If a girl is not able to grow affection for her husband even after marriage and only for the sake of her deen she’s forcing herself to like him. Will she be sinful to ask khula from her husband merely on the basis of not being able to like him?

I read several articles of Khula on Islamqa n watched many videos as well. From these sources came to know that a reason is must to obtain khula from husband. But d husband is perfectly fine nice n so on. As a human d women is not able to feel d tuining n vibe in him but d husband is stubborn n doesn’t give her khula. Is it permissable to ask a potential spouse to sign a prenuptial agreement in order to protect my wealth in case of divorce? ANSWER: It is permissible to put such clauses during nikah as a prenuptial agreement.

Is there a rule/permission in Islam where the parents can have their son/daughter get talaq done? Ex, if a mother doesn’t want her son to marry someone out of the race and he yet still marries her with the bride’s guardians approval, can the mother of the groom bring sheikh or etc and have them get divorced without the couple wanting to get divorced anyway?
