Shirk and its different forms

My brother said People who goes to grave and people who wear amulets they got their prayer answered and get the solution to their problem. So I said to my brother that You can have answered your dua by going to an Idol , a dead peer or any shirk act because Allah wants to increase in their misguidance because of their Shirk. Please correct me if What I have said is wrong or right

The answer was correct but said in an inappropriate way as one must not attribute that directly to Allah.

Being a Muslim is it allowed to wear gem stones? My name is ———– and I was recommended to wear cats eye ? Is it halal or haram? Being a Syed, does it effect me ?

My question is: I heard that to associate partner with ALLAH ( SUBHANAWU WATA’ALA ), is a major sin and ALLAH never forgive it’s sin. So what if somebody(a Muslim) who was control by SATAN(Eblise),and associated partner with ALLAH or denied the existing of ALLAH, when he/she repent would Allah accept it and forgive?

Only Allah can judge whether it was Satan who forced him to do this or he did it intentionally. Anyone who repents sincerely to Allah and shows remorse is forgiven.

My question is as the shirk is the biggest sin and which cannot be forgiven unless sinner make touba himself. Can we classify shirk as Shirk (Major) & Shirk (Minor) though the intensity for the sin still much high. I heard people often classify that but as per my understanding it cant be major or minor it is only Major. Please guide me as per the verdict of Quran o Sunna.

I have a silver evil eye necklace that my dad gave to me. It’s a cheap necklace but I wish to keep it because it’s a gift from my dad and because it’s actual silver. Can I keep it without wearing it or must I throw it away?
