In my place people sing a song starting “ya nabi salam alaika” . It has some words like you are forgiver of our sins or something like it. Can we pray behind someone who says it. If someone sings it without knowing it’s meaning does takfeer ( it its kufr) apply on him.

ANSWER: If they say Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam is forgiver of our sins, it’s totally prohibited to pray behind them.

ANSWER: This is absolutely false and fabricated. This is a totally deviant aqeedah.

Sheikh, I know tablighi jamaat is an innovation, but for example, here in London i start let say dawah organisation with 20 people or so, in which we give dawah to non Muslims and Muslim and sometimes if we need to, we go to mosque and give lectures. This will not be considered innovation, even though it is something new, but tablighi is why?

ANSWER: It’s not about forming a group and giving dawah, it’s about the aqeedah and the practices they follow and the Dawah they give that differentiates between sunnah Dawah and innovated one.

ANSWER: This is permissible but one should not as they are apostate. Buying from Jews and christians is better.

There is a scholar in my country, he says that Asking wasila is permissible, Prophet had knowledge of Ghaib, …. And misguides people, can I call him mushrik as he has believes that leads to shirk, can I call him mushrik to make people aware?

ANSWER: You must warn people against him if his corrupt aqeedah is well known, without calling him names as this is not your duty. Only scholars can call him as such after ensuring that the conditions are fulfilled.

Sheikh, the deviant sects like tareeqa people and also ashari also use that they are ahlussunnah wal jamah. so can we also use this??

ANSWER: They are intruding on this title to confuse the masses! We should abide by this title and explain to the people that they are innovators using such a name to fool others.

There are only 2 mosques in my region and the imams of both mosque believe that prophet (PBUH) is from the noor of Allah. So should I pray behind one of them? or I should pray in one of these mosque alone without jamat. Can i pray at home without jamat?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible at all to pray behind such an imam who believes in this deviant aqeedah. You can pray on your own after the congregation is over and others can join you or pray home and can form a congregation with other male members.
