ANSWER: I don’t give detailed answers. I know that he had some issues which scholars warned from and it is best not to follow him and to follow the more reliable scholars of Islam.

Someone told me that he does murqabah ( closing eyes) and remembering Allah. And he is in favour of Sufism.Is it allowed? How can we guide such a person by giving evidences from Quran and sunnah?

ANSWER: Sufism is an innovation and some of their leaders went out of the fold of Islam due to their kufr and shirk. It is against the religion of Allah and the sunnah of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

Ive a friend whose husband and inlaws go to the mizaars and do sajdah and other shirk. She listens to the scholars that say that its not allowed, but her husband has strictly told her not to listen to him. Sheikh I want to ask you, is Allah’s apostle a human or a ‘Nur’ as they say, they point out that verse in the Quran as plural (referring to the whole of human kind) that Allah sent towards you a book and a ‘Nur’ which they say is The Prophet himself. Sheikh can you clarify it according to what is right and acceptable.
