QUESTION: I converted 4 years ago, and prior to that i had hurt alot of people and insulted people. When i converted, I completely left my old life behind, and am nit in touch with anyone from my past life. Am i held accountable for my actions prior? It is difficult to seek amends with alot of these people from my past as the majority of them are non muslims and male.

QUESTION: Is imitating disbelievers with love kufr? for example If someone loves samurai’s and imitates them in dressing etc.

QUESTION: When we buy second hand cooking pan from non muslim, we have to wash it. But even after washing several times with soap stains remain. In non stick pans these stains are from oil, fat or food cooked previously, right? So what is the ruling after washing so many times? Is the pan pure or impure? Can it be used for cooking?

ANSWER: If their is no mass of such oily substances that can be removed and only stains remain, this is permissible to use.

QUESTION: It is Holi in India(Hindu festival) and they put colors on eachother. I’ve seen many “liberal Muslim” also participating in it. Is it okay to do so? What to do if they put colors on me?

QUESTION: Sheikh.when muslims lost jruslem the first time around,they still had a treaty with the non-muslims.Even salahuddin ayyubi may Allah have mercy on him had a treaty with the kuffar.My question is why is it then that nowadays if someone recognises isr*el it is considered an act of betrayal against the ummah? Maybe my understanding is wrong I just want to learn

ANSWER: There is a difference between having a treaty that is specified and time bound where the Muslims could regroup and regains strength to fight back again and between normalizing relationships and becoming allies to the invaders and the enemies of Allah.
