ANSWER: Many so called Muslims die in a state of disbelief or uncertainty while some disbelievers revert and accept Islam. Therefore, no one knows what Allah has willed for them and they have to do their best to succeed or they will be destined to hell!

QUESTION: Is it permissible to acknowledge your birthday or someone else’s by thanking Allah, making dua for longer life etc, and going out to the park or to eat etc? Or would this be considered celebrating it?

QUESTION: Many non muslims in India look out for houses constructed according to `vastu shastra’ before purchasing. During selling i don’t know i can come accross such customers as well. ANSWER: No, this is not permissible at all as Allah prohibited us from seeking forgiveness for non Muslims even if they were your own parents!

QUESTION: Is this permission to use notes during Salah to facilitate my learning,allowing me to glance at them occasionally while maintaining the proper position and focus on my prayer, such as keeping my eyes on the notes or changing the page of it n simultaneously being mindful of the prostration spot while in Ruku, n similarly during other pillars, obligatory, and recommended acts of Salah?

QUESTION: I have convinced a Christian woman to accept Islam and she is ready for it, she was about to revert a day before Ramadan this year, now the problem is with fasting, I know that when she revert she is obliged to fast but her house will react bad and argue with her if they find out, she will revert secretly and by fasting she might expose herself and she has nowhere else to go. What can she do?

ANSWER: She must immediately take her shahadah and fast unless she fears for her safety and wellbeing If she happens to miss fasts, she will be sinful but her priority right now must be to revert to Islam
