Should i say alahuma baarik to a non muslim or their property if i like what i see. Example they have a beautiful child or a nice car or i like their clothes. If not what should i say?

ANSWER: No problem.

I am a revert. My parents have doubt about this and they told me that they disown me if I continue practicing Islam. Now I pray and fast without their knowledge and I hide everything from them. Is this wrong since I’m not being truthful about my religion?

ANSWER: Be steadfast and try to get married soon so you could leave them and practice Islam freely. You must not pretend you are not muslim just to please them if there is no real threat to your safety.

ANSWER: Giving them a Quran in Arabic is not permissible. You can give them a translation of the meanings of the Quran but not the Arabic text.

ANSWER: It is not permissible to say “bless you” however if they say it to you, there is no problem in saying “thank you”.

I live in Australia and most people are non Muslim and we know that non muslims are impure so if we touch them or they touch us does our skin or clothes become impure?? And the things the kafir touch do they become impure???

ANSWER: Disbelievers are not impure physically! The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam never washed his hands after meeting them!

Is it permissible to refer a non muslim to an insurance or business financing company and earn commission? The person i am referring is non muslim living in non muslim country, the insurance or financing company is owned and managed by non muslim in non muslim country.

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited.

I’m a college student and in my college, there are very less muslims and majority are non-muslims, the ratio is 70:1. Even if there are some muslims but they don’t pray. I live in college hostel because it is far away from my home. My question is, I don’t want to leave prayer so how do I pray among non muslims? There is no place free to go and pray. If I pray among them, their hatred triggers.

ANSWER: If there is a threat to your religion and you cannot practice freely then you should not stay there and look for some other accommodation where you can pray on time without any barrier. Change your university or your accommodation.

Sheikh, most people Celebrate birthday in a fancy Parties and many other celebrations. Can I fast on my birthday to Thank Allah.. as I opted out those celebration.
