QUESTION: My marriage is scheduled on 29th of July (9th of Muharram). Some say that we shouldn’t have scheduled it on 9th of Muharram as it’s not a good idea and is disliked in Islam. Is this true?

ANSWER: Only the deviant shia say such a thing. We Muslims have no problem in having our wedding on the 9th or the 10th of that month or any other month.

QUESTION: They say we ( usually girls ) shouldn’t throw our hair outside. As because, as far as the hair flies & as much as people see it, we get sins. So the hair should be buried. Is that true sheikh ?

QUESTION: My question is, here in subcontinent some mosques give salaam/salaat on prophets in loud speakers after the taraweeh prayer(mostly given by children)..is this permissible? When I say people it’s not appropriate,they say what’s wrong in giving salutations to the prophets and also they say that this is done in order to encourage children to pray all 20 rakah of taraweeh.
