Sheikh now a days it is matter of huge dispute among Muslims that if a Kafir dies we don’t say he is going to hell and so on because we don’t know what was in his heart and also ALLAAH is merciful may be he gets forgiveness. And these people even go against fellow muslims to prove them wrong who are speaking on the basis of Quran that they are going into hell. Guide us.

Since the dead is questioned as soon as they’re put in the grave and the soul returns to it, what happens to the soul of the person whose burial is delayed for some reason or in some cases their bodies are preserved. When does the questioning happens. Please elaborate!

ANSWER: Women can offer funeral prayers but they must not be with men and must pray with other women way back behind the rows of men.

As it is from the sunnah to stay at the graveyard after burial for some time. During this time is it permissible to read Quran or should the person only make dua fir the deceased.

ANSWER: No, she must tear or shred them up and throw away. It is not permissible to keep the photo or the deceased.

There is a hadith regarding the funeral procession of a jew was passing by. The prophet salallahu alayhi was sallam stood up in respect. Is this hadith still applicable today? I heard that this ruling got abrogated and no more applies.

Today an indian actress passed away.The whole facebook news feed is filled by rest in peace by our muslim sisters and brothers and the people argue when i shared that its not correct to ask for forgiveness as its stated in surah al taubah but then they quoted me a hadith that we should respect the person..ok even if we are respecting is saying rest in peace ok thoughshe died in state ofkufr?
