QUESTION: Sheikh my muslim grandmother asked me to dial a number for her. When I asked who it is she said its an astrologer. I just made an ambiguous excuse that the number can’t be called but didnt tell her that it was shirk to call astrologers and seek help from them. Is this kufr? I dont feel mightve been a good idea to tell her off.

ANSWER: This is weakness of iman from your side but it is not kufr. You will be asked on the day of judgement why you didn’t tell her about the ruling.

QUESTION: How to advise my friends who does not wear hijab outside school, and they show pictures of themselves showing their hairs, they say that’s because it’s not a muslim country so they have a right to not wear it, while the rules of the country clearly says you have to follow the rules of the religion your following and says that if you’re a muslim you have to follow shariah law

ANSWER: You need to keep your distance from such so called “friends” as they are evil and would not rest until they make you do what they are doing.

QUESTION: When relatives stay at our house especially cousins childrens as their parents allow them to stay as per their choice for weeks during summer holidays, we lose our privacy and can’t do our work properly. Is it okay in Islam to politely ask them to go back home, or is it wrong? We feel very guilty about wanting them to leave.”

QUESTION: Am i correct to take the qudsi hadeeth of( O son of Adam, I fell ill and you visited Me not. He will say: O Lord, and how should I visit You when You are the Lord of the worlds?) as compelitly metaphorical as allah is self sufficent and this was only to emphasise the importance of visiting and caring for the ill?
