I saw your answer about free will and Allah’s decree. So i wanted to ask how to judge whether it was Allah’s decision or it was my fault. i was prepearing for a medical exam but i did not study too hard like others do. So if i do not get selected then is it my fault that i did not study 15 hours a day or it was Allah’s decision that i shouldn’t be a doctor in future.The guilt is killing me.

ANSWER: It’s your fault since Allah has given you the free will and you chose not to study hard.

I heard scholars saying no one will get more than what Allag destined to so be contended upon what you have even if you dont like just accept that its from Allah. While then on other side, people say you dont get what you deserve, you get what you ask/negotiate for. Life is & not fair. Also they say “God kept every good thing on the other side of fear”. Allah promised us that he will give us rizq? Rizq means provision i guess in English So rizq means only food? Or it includes clothes, money, car, house etc?

ANSWER: It means all the provisions, including money, house, clothes, car, knowledge etc.

I’m severely mentally upset about a fact that is, if I do not take medicine relying on Allah(swt) thinking that, if Allah wants only then the medicine will work. I’ve stopped going to doctors putting my trust in Allah(swt) that Insha’Allah He will cure me, I dont need to take medicine. Is it permissible in Islam? I will be waiting for your answer. ANSWER: This is not permissible, you must put your trust in Allah, and take the appropriate means, to get cured. You can’t sit home behind closed doors waiting for Allah to feed you without you going out and looking for food or cooking it!

I come to know from you that Allah won’t give/assist without self-effort. But then how can I feel relieved that a certain matter is beyond my means instead of regretting like a disbeliever.
