sheikh, while i was away at university is slept with a woman I met in a bar while celebrating winning our football league. she told me single but a few months later i found out she was married with a son. i feel ba now i know she married. how big of a sin is it ?

Whether she is married or single, you have committed one of the most major sins is Islam. A fornicator is not a believer and the punishment prepared for him is beyond our imagination.

sir, i have revert friends they dont know meanings of their names they say their parents made up hat name and they dont know if it has any meaning but they really want to keep it. So can they keep it sir??

No problem in keeping the names unless they contain any bad meaning. They should not change their father’s names though. It’s totally prohibited to be called after any name other than your father’s.

I wanted to know if we can challenge our friends for something and in return if we win they must give us money and if we lose we must give them money. Is it allowed for us to take that money if we win or give money if we lose?

To save a heavy tax levied on us, we show false accounts to the government and evade tax on our hard earned money. Is this halal to lie in this case?

My question is that, the clerks in institute demands bribe(money) in order to get examination form, however this is not allowed but they do it we can neither complain nor take an action against them as whole institute is involved in this,and if we do not gave them bribe they wouldn’t gave us examination form do we come in category of those who gave bribe however we’re forced to do so

If it is as you have described, this is a necessity and there is no sin on you.

I’m teen. I watch horrible things but then regret and pray 2 rakah and repent immediately.. I promise to Allah SWT that “i will never do this again “, but then after 3-5 days i do it again. Last year i was pious and unfornutely now i am controled by shiatan easily. Am i a hyprocite?if i do this sin knowing Allah is watching, will All my deeds on akhirah vl be wrtless?

You are not hypocrite but you are a sinner, repent sincerely and remember that Allah is watching you , do not stay alone, fast every alternate day, make lot of Duaa. May Allah protect you from haram.

How do I protect myself from shaitanic waswas? When I say aoodhubillah it goes away but comes after a minute until I fall into sin. I hold my for few days but I can’t hold my sexual desires more than 10 days. Always I fall into sin and to remorse and depressed. How can I stop it permanently?

sheikhl i comitted a sin 7years ago i repent to Allah in tahujjud and prayers as well but my family and relatives they mistreat me my family dont say me but whnever any problm happnd they used to taunt me for tgat sin and my relatives they call me bad character they dont want to talk me to sit with me i m drowning day by day i am very depressed tell me what i should do?

They are sinful for reminding you of your sin. Continue to ask Allah’s forgiveness for it and ignore what they say while being respectful and dutiful at the same time. It is not important what they say. The most important thing is Allah’s pleasure.

“A fornicator who fornicates is not a believer as long as he commits fornication” If I am in a public place. Let’s say in metro train,colleges,parks where there is free mixing and if I look at a girl be intentionally or unintentionally, is this zina? Am I disbeliever at that time?

You are committing a sin, but you are not a disbeliever because of this. You must repent to Allah and not do this again.

I am in my uncles house temporarily. No woman wears hijab inside this house. The maid enters upon us or passes by us when we are eating at the table.The man servant also does the same.The manservant does not listen to me.No one cares about sin.My parents call me to eat at the t(only my mahrams at the table).Is it a sin to eat here?I need yes/no answer please
