No! It is a major sin and one must repent, show remorse and ask Allah for forgiveness.

I did abortion .he was 4weeks.my husband push me do that.i did not want to do.now i feel bad and do not know what to do.did i kill a child whith soul.?

The soul is breathed into the fetus when it is 120 days. However, aborting before that is not permissible without a legitimate reason. There is no penalty for that except repentance and asking Allah for forgiveness.

A brother’s father in his lifetime used to oppress and beat up many poor people unjustly. The brother is a religious person. His life has been hard with different trials for the last 30 odd years and getting worse. My question, does the curse (of the people) who were oppressed by the father fall upon the child (the religious brother) and what should be done?

This is a false belief of the Christians and has no basis in Islam – Everyone carries their own sins and will be punished for it. It will not fall upon anyone else.

Someone reports his boss at work for a criminal act. The boss gets into trouble, and starts searching for the person that reported him. Is it permissible for the one who reported him to lie and deny that it was him in order to ward off oppression and vengeful actions from the criminal boss?

He must not lie unless there is eminent danger in him! He can use double talk or beat round the bush as they say in order to ward doubts about himself.

A sister asks: What is the penalty of a person who kissed somebody else while beeing married. The person did say La ilaha illAllah but still was in time of ignorance. if a person who wears a tread to his hand just for fashion the same type of thread the people of shirk who used to do avoid black magic etc etc .one group of people say he done a shirk .but his intention is not for that he just wear for fashion. Did he commit shirk

This is not shirk but still a major sin as he is imitating either the kafir or those committing shirk!

I work at an Islamic school where sometimes a male teacher, female teacher and very young students (maybe 5 years old) are present in the same classroom at the same time. Anyone passing along the corridor can look inside and see the class. Does this count as khalwa?

If they were to interact together or flirt, these children won’t deter them nor know what is happening, this is Khulwa!

shaykh.Ibn al Qayim said that delaying tawbah is haram.Sometimes I delay tawbah a day or until I feel good to do it, when I can cry with high concentrantion. Because sometimes I dont feel ok or I’m tired becUse I’m just to go to bed.Is it permisible this short delay 1 day or hours?

Begging god to permit her do a sin for some time due to a reason and thinking that god knows her intention hence will definitely forgive her and won’t punish her in this world and will leave the sin after sometime &repent but till then kept on asking god to let her do that knowing its forbidden but kept on praying to get rid of that reason and sin as knew its wrong is that sin made permissible ?
