ANSWER: Sayyedul Istighfar is the best. One can also use the shorter version as the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to say it between 70 and 100 times or even more.

QUESTION: If i commit a sin which i keep falling into and i feel as though i cannot refrain from it if i do not have any punishment, Though the sin itself does not have a wordly punishment attached to it (to my knowledge and research) like zina or drinking alcohol etc. Am i allowed to punish myself physically so that i have consequences for committing this sin? Or would that in itself be a sin?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited! Sincerely repent to Allah while showing deep remorse and have the best hope in Allah.

QUESTION: Is it true that for my repentance to be accepted, I must completely stop all the sins I’m aware of and remove all their triggers like phones PC Instagram YouTube social media (which will almost definitely make me hear music or see haram content at some point, even with strict filters), and video games? If I don’t remove these triggers will my repentance be invalid, putting me at high risk of hell?

ANSWER: Part of your repentance is to stop the sin and intend not to do it again and to feel remorseful. If you don’t block the means that facilitates such sins, you are bound to do it eventually sooner or later.

QUESTION: When i commit sins im able to wake up for Fajr When i dont commit sins im not able to wake up for Fajr (i dont even hear the alarm) Why is that?

QUESTION: In a scenario I was with some girls and they asked me abt my age I told them a lie that I’m just 1 yr younger than them cuz I just wanted to hide my real age so, that they don’t ask me more questions abt me anything. ( but for marital purpose I will tell truth abt my age.) since I have no idea abt those girls in 3,4 meetings I told them a lie. i’m I sinful for this action?!

QUESTION: Do we have the right to not forgive someone even tho he did repentance to god and he is sincere about it ? We know that god can forgive anything but not us as humans, is it prohibited?

ANSWER: This is not prohibited as it is your right to forgive or not to forgive! However, if you forgive people in this world Allah will forgive your sins on the day of judgement

QUESTION: I have heard that if you are doing many good deeds but doing one sin so that one sin will ruin all good deeds? I’m trying my best to do good deeds but struggling with a sin but repent afterwards and trying to left it. So is it true that it will ruin everything ?

ANSWER: Try all means to contact her, if after all options are exhausted & you don’t find her, give that amount in charity to a poor and needy Muslim, besides sincerely repenting to Allah while showing deep remorse.
