I wanted to know that is modern education helpful in Islam. Please answer as soon as possible. I am not able to study properly due to this fact. Please give proofs and evidence form the Quran and Sunnah.

ANSWER: It is important for the Muslim Ummah to acquire worldly knowledge in order to compete with other Nations and to be ahead of them all! This depends on the subject itself, if it is halal then one can study it, if not, then it is haram.

So I’m to write about an influencial personality for a scholarship award, thing is I intend to write about Dale Carnegie ’cause when I read his landmark book on how to influence people I learnt literally why people do certain things and wisdom behind many sunnahs. So it has made me better follower of the Prophet. Is this alright?

ANSWER: No problem in writing about him. But our best role model and the best influential personality is always Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

dear sheikh my mother prays regularly since I saw fron childhood.mother visits so mmany shrines and give food their.she already took (bayat) from a local (phir) who is so famous.the straight path that I follow they called me wahabi. ANSWER: Keep on relating her to Quran and sunnah and not to scholars while making a lot of Duaa for her guidance. By connecting her to the word of Allah, she will adhere to it one day.

What is life? Why are we born for? Is the purpose our life is only to worship ALLAH SWT? I had a dream to become something in my life, to be well known person, to do something constructive in life. But whenever I try to get more closer to ALLAH SWT I feel I am going away from my dream. If I am spending my maximum time in worshipping ALLAH I feel I m getting confined. I m confused

ANSWER: You need to learn the Quran and understand what Allah wants of you. Your ignorance of Islam makes you a breeding ground for Satan to infest it with his doubts and whispers that can be only fought with proper knowledge.

Referring to the verse ” so turn away from whoever turns his back on Our message and desires not except the wordly life” (An-Najm 29). Sir is it applicable to dawah to Muslims also? Means when should we turn away from giving dawah to someone?

ANSWER: If he is defiant and not responding, leave him and move to someone who is willing to respond and listen.

I have an opportunity to volunteer at a refugee school to teach them some reading (not the Qur’an) It’s a Christian charity organization but I believe they have got some Muslim refugee students. Should I volunteer ?

ANSWER: No problem, as long as you don’t teach in a mixed environment, or there is no haram activity. You should also instill in them tawheed and give them indirect dawah.

In my country 2014-17 unfortunately media (News Channels) is quite successful for promoting Islam as violent, extreme, injustice, against women, against animals & against non-Muslims. Because of this not all but majority of non-Muslims believe blindly and whenever Muslims try to promote Haq they trapped them differently. What Islam says to deal with these falsehoods?

ANSWER: Do your best to clarify true Islam to them by walking the talk and behaving like a real Muslim.

Recently i and my friends on a meet up shared our knowledge of deen with eachother like the seerah of prophet which surahs we like any verse etc I was impressed by them I felt like they know so much I know nothing.So now whenever i am trying to listen some lecture i feel am I doing this to compete with them in knowledge or show off infront of them the nxt time v meet.wt shud I do abt such feelings

Sir,I read on a webpage which says that there are some ahadeeth from Bukhari which are not authentic while scholars have classed them saheeh.This idea is causing me immense trouble.And I also read Shaikh Albani considered some ahadeeth in Bukhari to be wrongly classed Saheeh.Is this any truth to this and what should I believe if there are any mistakes in it?

ANSWER: How can you believe anything you read when you don’t know who said it and whether it can be trusted or not? Ignore whatever you hear about Saheeh Al Bukhari and Muslim. These are all authentic books that the whole Ummah accepted to be authentic.
