ANSWER: This is not recommended as it is touching the place of impurity with the mouth or tongue which pronounces the shahada and recites the Quran.

QUESTION: In my community, many people use rude words. Thankfully, I don’t use them, but since I’m surrounded by it, I hear those words often. Sometimes, they get stuck in my head, and I accidentally think or almost say them. Am I sinful for that? and What should I do about this situation?

ANSWER: You must surround yourself with practicing brothers all the time who don’t use profanity. Whatever goes through your mind is forgiven as long as you don’t say it verbally nor act upon it.

QUESTION: My cousin marrying hindu girl She converting jus before nikah We all know it’s just lip service & not truely for sake of Allah as they have been in relationship for 8 years n she never converted all that time Should we boycott the nikah & there’s a group of relatives who want us to maintain ties to hold our boy & his future children into the fold of Islam what do we do

ANSWER: You never know, maybe she actually is reverting to Islam! We can only judge people by their actions and not by what’s inside their hearts. As long as there is no free mixing between non mahrams, no music or anything haram in the wedding, you can attend it

QUESTION: We say inshallah when we refer to something in the future. should we also do this while conversing with kaafirs or sending out work emails? Is it sufficient if we say it silently under our breath? Its hard to explain everybody what the term inshallah means.

But the girl denies of any relationship in the past or present. She is happy and satisfied with our upcoming marriage. I don’t have any means to authenticate her past relationships. QUESTION: If I love nuts and my mom has already given me my part …but still I take nits from the part that she kept in home in her absence ..is this stealing ? Am I sinful ? What ruling is on if An adult child take and eat things from her own house in absence of mom…. Is this a right of child or stealing ?

QUESTION: Sheikh I am aware you must reply to one’s salam but on my way to work there are a group of muslim men who always say “selam aleykum” in a form of catcalling and giggle about it making me uncomfortable must I reply back to them?
