QUESTION: I intentionally hit one person someone when he dashed my car from behind and slapped him twice is there any kiffarah for this bcz he was a non muslim and stranger, I won’t meet him again but I feel guilty and regretful about it.

ANSWER: There is no kaffarah for that. You will pay for this on the day of judgment for such an injustice or Allah will send your way someone who would oppress you in the same fashion and insult you where you can’t do a thing for yourself

QUESTION: Do we have the right to not forgive someone even tho he did repentance to god and he is sincere about it ? We know that god can forgive anything but not us as humans, is it prohibited?

ANSWER: This is not prohibited as it is your right to forgive or not to forgive! However, if you forgive people in this world Allah will forgive your sins on the day of judgement

QUESTION: About 8 years ago, I sewed clothes with a woman and told her I would pay her later. At the time, I didn’t have any intention to. Now that I’m practicing and know better, I want to pay her back. I was unable to pay her as she moved away from her shop, I’ve lost all contact with her and this debt weight heavily on me. ANSWER: Try all means to contact her, if after all options are exhausted & you don’t find her, give that amount in charity to a poor and needy Muslim, besides sincerely repenting to Allah while showing deep remorse.

QUESTION: A woman jokes and says inappropriate things, sexual things, in the form of joke to her other female friends. she defends herself by saying she’s saying it with her same gender friends and makes the person who is advicing feel bad by saying they are caging her or chaining her by asking her not to do these inappropriate things.

QUESTION: For women, Please tell the limits of lowering gaze & matters related to it. For example, if a women is attracted by your appearance, can she still ask for fatwa via call & website as it is necessary or not? Generally, does lowering the gaze mean not listening to their voice or speaking to them even in cases of necessity?

QUESTION: My teacher is taking internal exam and quiz will be on our phone . Can I cheat in this exam ? as him taking on phone simply signifies that we can look. Some teacher take this internal exam just for formality and I think he is one of them.
