How many verses one has to recite after reading al-fatiha if i am the imam? for example, if I want to recite surah al-baqara, what is the minimum of verses is required in salah?

There is no minimum! You should recite what is not burdensome to the worshipers and not too short as well.

In my village I have poor and needy people who are in need to fresh water. So I have decided to build a fresh water well for them.Can I collect zaakat money for building the well for these poor people.Please advice.

This is not permissible as zakat must be given directly to the poor and he may do with it whatever pleases him.

Dear Sheikh, I have a question about zakah:I have 200 grams gold and I am paying zakat from it.My friend says subtract nasab amount (96 grams) from your gold then pay zakah of it.Meaning, I should pay zakat from 104 grams (i.e. 2.6 grams).I hope you understand.

What he is saying is totally baseless. First of all, the nisab of gold is 85 grams. Secondly, the zakat is paid over the whole amount. This means that your zakat is 5 grams of gold.

shayakh,when we pray salah in rukuu I say that,”subhanaka allahumma robbana wa bihamdika allahummagfirli. but in prostration which type of dua can I say?please give me some reference

You can say this in both ruku and sujood but you must say before it the prescribed thikr.

If someone is reading Quran from the book, Can I perform Salah infront of him/her or will it be disrespectful towards Quran?

I wanted to know a common mistake which we do “till we reach masjid/mosque the isha prayer have been completed by imam and also he started taraweeh and we didn’t offered isha…! So should be make another Jama’h for isha or should we gather in the congregation of taraweeh as isha and continue our left over rakah after imam done the tasleem.?

Is it the sunnah to read surah al-mu’awwidhatayn and ikhlas after Duhr Asr and Isha once. But Fajr and Maghrib three times?

After fajr while reading my adhkaar I felt asleep and I woke up at the time of sunrise … Can I pray ishraaq? Or I should b awake till sunrise to pray ishraaq?

You can pray and this would be duha prayer as Ishraq is required to be in the masjid without sleeping.
