Can one give zakat to his or her step mom??

I was wondering if a woman pray salah with shorter dress and pants, all over the body is covered but it is home clothing, it is ok for her to pray?

This is not permissible. She must wear a lose outer garment, I.e. an abaya that covers her entire body including feet.

a women has some gold given by her parents in marriage . should the zakat be given by women itself or by her husband. and Wat if husband says he vl give it’s zakat and doesn’t give it at all but says he has given it. Who will be punished for not paying zakat

She is the owner of the gold and she is responsible for paying for the zakat. If the husband is willing to pay it, this is a gift from his side.

Is using perfume invalidate Salah for women?

You can use perfume at home and not in front of non mehram. It has no effect on salah.

Is it allowed to pray witr without reciting dua qunut. do I have to read qunut or any other dua. and is it a must to recite dua in the last rakah after rukhu.

You can offer witr without qunoot, as it is not mandatory.

My husband has been paying zakaat on my behalf for gold. I don’t work. Do I have to pay zakat by selling jewellery or my husband can pay? Does the reward remain same if he pays? Plz advice

As long as he is volunteering, this is accepted and sufficient.

If a person is praying alone in second row, can we pass before him in first row? What should be the difference to cross a person praying alone?
