sheikh my question is it permissible when u enter musjid in jumah prayer and you find imam allready in the mimbar giving hutbah, you are allowed to pray 2 rakat tahiyatul musjid?

You must not sit before praying it.

I’m from Bangladesh. Today I was late for asr salah in our local masjid.So,I and another 2 person made a second jamayat because the first jamayat was over. After our salah was completed, some people told me that I can’t make a second jamayat in local masjid. They say there is a fatwa that only a traveller can make a second jamayat. As I am not a traveller, I have to pray all my own.

This is not correct and the second Jamaah was approved by the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam.

I am businessman and sell goods. How can i pay zakat. Will i calculate the goods in stock and pay zakat or i wil calculate the profit of the goods in the stock. Please clarify for us.

Sheikh. I got married recently and in our culture everyone gifts us with gold. since it’s more than 85 grams, I would like to know about the ruling on zakat on gold since I hear different opinions. Some say that the gold which we wear often are not counted. Some say that even if it’s kept in a bank locker, if we take it out and wear within a year, then it’s not counted.

The most authentic opinion is that you pay zakat on all types of gold.

the hadith which says if you pray Isha & Fajr in Jama’ah, you’ll get reward of praying all night. someone said it’s only applicable if you pray witr also in Jama’ah with imam or else you won’t get that reward. if the imam also doesn’t pray witr after Isha, only then you can delay witr. otherwise you must pray it in Jama’ah to get that reward.is it right?

These are two separate Hadeeths; the one about Isha and Fajr, which is authentic and the other one is regarding taraweeh with the Imam which is also authentic. One should pray until the Imam concludes with witr in order to gain that reward.
