QUESTION: During funeral Bath, in India many muslims here put sandalwood powder and attar on the dead body after giving them a bath and in the bath water they add rose water too. Ik this might be a biddah but does this invalids the bath? Pls answer

QUESTION: People buy Kafan (deadboy cloth) for themselves in advance during their lifetime and keep them. Is it allowed? Then people take it to Makkah and get it washed (ghusl) in zamzam water. They also get different ayats and duas written or imprinted on them. I have never heard of this before and it turns out that this is a practice on a huge level amongst Muslims in the Subcontinent (India/Pak).

QUESTION: Here in my native place, kerala, while praying janazah , here they end tasleem to both sides. Should i stop after 1st tasleem with imam or should i do as what imam does?

ANSWER: The sunnah is to offer only one tasleem to the right. However, if you followed the imam and gave two, this is permissible and if you only offered one, this is also permissible.
